Reviews and Ratings
My recent stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was ideal, especially for cruise travelers, and the marina view from my room was stunning. However, the service left much to be desired, particularly with housekeeping not meeting expectations. While the amenities were decent, improvements are definitely needed.
The hotel has a great location right on the water and close to the beach, with friendly staff who tried their best to help. However, the room conditions were disappointing, showing signs of age and wear, which didn’t meet the usual standards I expect from a Hilton. The dining options were not great, and I was surprised by certain issues with customer service during my stay.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While I enjoyed the stunning views from the marina-side room and found the staff to be exceptionally helpful, the cleanliness of the accommodations left much to be desired. The convenience to the cruise ports is definitely a plus, but I experienced several issues during my stay that made it less enjoyable than anticipated.
The hotel is well-positioned, offering easy access to the nearby beach and convenience stores. While the staff were commendable and eager to assist, the overall condition of the property left much to be desired. My room had cosmetic damage and was not as clean as expected. The parking fee felt excessive, and the dining options were limited, which diminishes its overall value for money.
While the location near the cruise terminal is convenient, my experience at the Hilton was mixed. The rooms left much to be desired, with cleanliness issues and outdated decor. The service was hit or miss; some staff were helpful, whereas others seemed overwhelmed. Dining options were limited and could be pricey. Overall, it's a decent choice for a quick stay if you're not expecting luxury.
I had high hopes for this hotel given its location, but my experience was quite disappointing. The rooms were in need of serious attention and cleanliness was a significant issue. While the pool area was beautiful, it couldn't make up for the numerous problems I encountered, including unfriendly staff and a lack of prompt service. Unfortunately, I won't be returning anytime soon.
I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina! The location is perfect for cruising, just a stone's throw from the port. The rooms were spacious and had beautiful views, especially from the higher floors. I loved the pool area and the outdoor dining atmosphere. However, the breakfast options could use a bit more variety. Overall, it's a solid choice for a pre-cruise stay, making it a great value for the price.
I had a memorable stay at this hotel, with stunning views from my marina-side room that truly enhanced my experience. The location couldn't be better, especially for cruise travelers as it's just a short trip to the port. While the check-in process was smooth, the service wasn't always great, with some staff showing a lack of politeness and efficiency. Additionally, the dining experience left a bit to be desired, particularly during breakfast when options ran out quickly. Overall, I found it to be a good value for money with beautiful surroundings.
I had a really pleasant experience at this hotel, especially because of its convenient location right near the cruise port. The customer service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to help out during our stay. While the rooms were quite nice and spacious, mine could have used a little bit more attention when it came to cleanliness. Overall, I found it to be a solid choice for cruise travelers, but it did have a few minor hiccups regarding organization.
Our stay was enjoyable overall, with clean rooms and great customer service from the staff. Although the dining experience could have been improved, especially with food availability later at night, the proximity to the cruise terminal made it a convenient choice. There were some hiccups with the layout and room issues, but we appreciated the comfortable atmosphere during our time here.
